Edelweiss and Garmish
The Edelweiss resort is a DoD hotel located on the Bavarian Alps and I ca't describe how beautiful and breath taking this place is.
We went on a weekend marriage retreat with our friends the Woods. We had so much and the weather was just perfect.
On Saturday morning we decided to go to the highest mountain in Germany which the Zugspitze. The Zugspitze is 2,962 meters above sea level and it is amazing. You can see for yourself but pictures don't do justice. It was cold and snowing went we got there so we didnt stay long because we didn't have any winter gear with us.
This picture was taken on our way back, I love those eyes and face and just about everything about this little boy
Once we got back we enjoy a delicious dinner and decided to stay in and play games and later watch a couple of episodes of 24.
Here we are playing Ticket to Ride, a game the Siple's and Wood's can't seem to live without.
On Sunday morning we took some family pictures and then after lunch we left. I love this place and I hope i can go back before we leave

Ball der Vampire
Each year around February, this year on March, the city of Heidelberg has a Vampire's ball. This was our first time going and last since we won't be staying another year. Anyways, the ball was so much fun we had a variety of bands playing on multiple stages and you can practically dance the night away to your favorite music alongside friends, and creepy vampires.

3 years!!
We have been officially married for 3 years, 4 days, 20 hours and 55 min! Another year and I couldn't be happier.
We celebrated our anniversary by going on a day trip to Colmar, France. Did you know that Colmar was the home town of the painter Schongauer and sculptor Bartholdi who designed the Statue of Liberty?
We had a nice day just walking around and enjoying the beautiful arquithecture of the city. I wish the weather would've been nicer that day but regardless of the gray clouds we had a really nice day.

Happy Birthday Jared!!!
Today is an especial day, Jared is 28!!!
But it wasn't so especial in the Siple's home. Nathan woke up at 4am throwing up and feeling really sick. Guess who got up to take care of him? Jared did. I'm so grateful for my husband, he loves Nathan so so much and doesn't care about getting up when Nathan does. He always lets me sleep so I can take care of Nathan during the day. Anyways that's how Nathan said "Happy Birthday" to his daddy, by throwing up on him (sorry if I'm grossing you out). I didn't even have time to make dinner today, Nathan wanted all my attention, the poor little guy felt really sick. I hope the stomach flu goes away soon. I really wish he feels better tomorrow because some friends and I are planning a special dinner for Jared. I'm excited that he will get to have a celebration. He has no idea so I'll let know how that goes. Now I have to do some homework for tomorrow and I'm going to do as many chores as I can before I go to bed tonight. But before I do that here are 12 things I love about my sweetheart (didn't have time to think of 28 LOL)

- Your beautiful big blue eyes
- The going with the flow attitude I wish I had most of the time.
- Your smile
- The way you bath and put Nathan to bed everynight.
- When you wake up in the middle of night to take care of Nate.
- When you let me sleep in on the weekends.
- When you make breakfast on Sunday mornings.
- I love your young spirit.
- When you get so so excited about board games.
- Your kisses.
- The way you care about me.
- The way you always make sure Nathan and me are okay during the day, your phone calls mean so much to me.

Pinnochio Park
We went to Pinnochio Park on New Year's Eve and on New Year. We didnt celebrate or stay up late with friends this year.
We can't afford staying up so late anymore ;) , so the Ramirez's and us decided to take the kids to this indoor park since it was the only thing open those 2 days.

Nathan doesnt seem to be scared of anything (except the vacuum).
This slide was really high but Nathan didn't mind, he just was really serious and didn't know what to think of it.
